Our experience with Tary and her assistants at The Lighthouse was first-rate. They helped us select many beautiful fixtures and the delivery and installation were well managed. When problems arose, such as a selected fixture not being appropriate for the intended space, they were happy to supply another and adjust our invoice accordingly. At all times they were friendly, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. As a new build, we worked with them over a long time and our experience was nothing but a pleasure. We will continue to use The Lighthouse for our lighting needs and actively recommend them to friends.

In need some custom chandeliers and for a reno, and hopefully add to the set in the future and Virginia was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We eventually found just what I was looking for after many months of back and forth and searching. Then Virg. made sure I was getting all the right measurements. I have bought some things from the other side of the store, but this was my first custom job with them and I was very pleased.

Dealing with The Lighthouse was a great experience. My husband had seen their add in a magazine and we knew they would have that special porch light that we had been searching for. As we don't live in the area, it was all done over the telephone and by email. The customer service was exceptional and we couldn't be happier with our custom porch chandelier, as well as a beautiful orb light for our vaulted interior ceiling.
